Undergraduate Work Gains National Acclaim

Incoming Undergraduate Photography and Film major Alexander Kreher was recently featured on the VCU homepage for his ongoing documentation of his travels and adventures with his partner Zoe Romano. In 2011, Alexander documented Zoe as she became the first female to run across the U.S. unsupported. The resulting documentary won Best International Film at the Portland Film Festival and gained entry to film festivals around the world. This summer Alexander and Zoe embark on a new project as Zoe attempts to run the Tour de France in an effort to raise $100,000 for World Pediatric Project, a Richmond, Va.-based nonprofit organization.
